As rumored some time ago, Kristen Stewart will be working next with Jennifer Lawrence’s boyfriend Nicholas Hoult on a movie called “Equals,” which is a love story adaptation of the classic film “1984,” which was, in turn, based on George Orwell’s dystopian novel of the same name.

With the casting confirmed, Drake Doremus hired on helming duties and shooting scheduled to start this year, fans must be dying with anticipation to see how this turns out. Kristen, for one, is terrified, as she admits in a new interview cited by Us Weekly.

“I can't believe I agreed to do it. I'm terrified of it. Though it's a movie with a really basic concept, it's overtly ambitious. It's a love story of epic, epic, epic proportion. I'm scared,” the actress says.

In fact, she was so scared that, when Doremus first approached her to talk with her about the part, she turned him down. She allowed herself to be talked into it but still lacks the confidence in herself, to believe she can pull it off.

“I trust Drake's process and I know we will do something really natural and real. But I told Drake, ‘Don't expect that I am going to be able to do this. It's too hard.’ But he wouldn't take ‘no’ for an answer. I've given directors disclaimers before, but never this much,” she says.

Well now I’m really intrigued! Though Kristen Stewart has pretty much lip-bit her way through several big budget movies (here’s looking at you “Twilight” and “Snow White”), I do believe she actually has a lot to work with, IF given the right script. We’ll see.
