Since January this year, two short months after Kim Kardashian decided to divorce him, Kris Humphries found love again in the arms of another curvaceous brunette. He's now trying to gag her with a confidentiality agreement.

Some days ago, Kris and Myla (real name Fatmire Sinanaj) were photographed together for the first time, on a beach outing.

Shortly afterwards, word got out that they had actually been seeing each other since January this year, which wouldn't be such a bad thing on its own.

However, Humphries is reportedly trying to get his hands on some of Kim Kardashian's millions, to whom he was married for a whopping 72 days, by claiming she broke his heart into a gazillion pieces.

As such, he doesn't want his new lady love talking to the press, which she is bent on doing the moment the perfect offer comes along, word online has it.

So, he's instructed his attorney to silence her up, TMZ has learned.

“Kris Humphries' lawyer has been speaking with the lawyer for girlfriend Myla Sinanaj, trying to negotiate a non-disclosure agreement... for a price,” the celebrity e-zine writes.

“His lawyer reached out to hers earlier today, trying to muzzle her from talking about their relationship. Our sources say Kris is nervous about the texts, emails and other documents she has relating to their relationship – things Kris wants to keep under wraps,” TMZ goes on to argue.

As the e-zine sees it, if all the details of Kris' romance with Myla come out into the open, then he doesn't stand a chance in court, where he's trying to paint himself into the innocent victim of Kim's scheming and PR stunt-ing.

“We're told, in addition to a non-disclosure agreement, Kris wants Myla to sign some sort of joint statement... again, for a price,” the same media outlet notes.

For those who don't remember, shortly after Kim pulled the plug on her 72-day marriage to Kris, he told the press that he didn't even know things were that bad as to require a divorce.

He's also been telling friends – and is reportedly determined to claim the same in court as well – that Kim tricked him into marrying her because she never had any intention of making the relationship work: she only wanted a TV husband to boost her profits.

All this while, he loved her like a fool and got his heart broken in this plan of hers.

Obviously, if he was already seeing someone else 2 months after the divorce announcement, he can't make such an argument in court in a convincing manner.
