Kris Humphries won't sign the divorce papers at Kim Kardashian's request because he believes he should get an annulment. She tricked him into marrying her and then, when she didn't need him anymore, ditched him to the curb.At least, that's what he's been telling close friends,

In light of reports saying that Kris has filed papers to have the 72-day marriage annulled on the grounds that it was a farce from the start until the very end, word has emerged that Humphries is quite mad at Kim.
He used her to get a boost in ratings by talking him into marriage and then, to ensure maximized exposure, she filed for divorce without as much as telling him about her plans.
Right now, Kris is feeling used, TMZ says.
“Sources very close to Kris Humphries tell TMZ Kris is gunning for an annulment based on fraud because he feels 'he was just slotted in the plot line of Kim Kardashian's latest headline and newest business venture',” the celebrity e-zine writes.
“We're told Kris believes Kim never intended to stay married to him, but needed a groom to fuel ratings for her show. One source says, 'Once they were finished taping, she just didn't need a groom anymore',” adds the same media outlet.
Now that he knows what he got into when he said “I Do” at the August wedding ceremony and the kind of person Kim really is, Kris “feels like a pawn in the game.”
Moreover, “Kris is outraged by people who think he was in on the wedding scam – according to one friend, 'He would have never flown in his childhood pastor to marry them and involve his church',” TMZ further writes.
That is to say, if there was any faking the wedding, it was on Kim's part, not on Kris'.
Sources close to Kim are also fighting back, telling
TMZ that she thought the marriage was for ever too: it just dawned on her shortly after she tied the knot that it wouldn't work, that's all.
