Kris Humphries continues to state that the marriage to Kim Kardashian was a sham but that he got duped into it, just like her millions of fans from around the world. He even has proof of it and he wants the divorce judge to allow him to show it in court, says a new report.

Almost one month ago, an episode of Kourtney and Kim Take New York showed Kim and her mom Kris Jenner in Dubai, in the middle of a conversation about how her marriage wasn't working out, as we also reported at the time.

Video of said conversation is bellow.

However, there are clear indications that the scene in the limo, in which Kim tells her mom that she isn't happy in her marriage to Kris, was actually shot 2 months after she filed for divorce and not when she was still with him.

In other words, this was an attempt to get back in the good graces of the public by painting an image of herself as a victim.

Radar Online has learned that Kris too believes Kim did just that – and he wants the divorce judge to also see how he was set up to believe he was in a real marriage, when it'd been a sham from the get-go.

“Kris feels that if this is true and the whole conversation was faked, this would help prove that he got married under fraudulent circumstances. Yes, this did occur after the marriage, but this is one clear example that could help sway the judge to grant the divorce on the grounds of fraud,” says an insider well familiar with the situation.

At the same time, Kim is fighting tooth and nail to keep the divorce private and, if possible, extremely short (which would make sense considering the marriage lasted only 72 days).

“A public trial is the last thing that Kim wants, and she has instructed her lawyer to formally petition the court so that the divorce can be heard by a mediator, which is routinely done in California, since it's a no-fault state,” says another spy.

“Kim doesn't want a long drawn out trial. She wants the mediation to be private, confidential, and legally binding. She and Kris have no assets together and kept separate bank accounts, so this is a fairly routine divorce proceeding. Kim just wants this over and done with,” the tipster adds.

Now, check out the clip that Kris wants to show the judge: you will notice how, at one point, it's also clear that Kim's comments were added in post-production because her voice sounds different.
