14 DAY TRIAL // Right before skier Lindsey Vonn started dating golfer Tiger Woods, she and Kris Humphries were a thing for a hot second, it has emerged – Humphries being at the time (and now too) legally married to estranged wife Kim Kardashian.
Inside sources say that, at one point, both Woods and Humphries were wooing Vonn. We all know who she chose in the end, considering she went public on Facebook with her romance with the golfer.
“Woods wasn’t Vonn’s only suitor. Bachelor No. 2 was none other than Kim Kardashian ex Kris Humphries,” one such tipster says for the tabs, as cited by Page Six.
Lindsey and Kris hung out on several occasions and really hit it off but, apparently, the fling didn’t go past that.
“The source said of the basketballer and the Olympic skier, ‘They’re both from Minnesota, so they had a lot to talk about’ but they never got physical,” Page Six explains.
The e-zine even went to the trouble of digging through Humphries and Vonn’s tweets for any indication of a blossoming romance, but all it got was confirmation that they knew each other.
“Hanging with a fellow Minnesotan @lindseyvonn. Gotta get her back on lake minnetonka soon!” Kris wrote in June 2012.
“I know! Def need to get back!!” Lindsey wrote back.
As we also informed you a short while ago, after denying it for months on end, Lindsey and Tiger have finally come out to confirm they’re dating.
In the meantime, Humphries is still battling his ex in court, while she’s pregnant with her first child by rapper boyfriend Kanye West.
Kris insists that Kim somehow duped him into marrying her and then dumped him to the curb when she no longer had need of him, after 72 days, and she’d milked the romance of all the media attention and free publicity she could.
In response, Kim is saying that she “really did love him.”
