14 DAY TRIAL // Jesta Digital has formally announced the release of the first official iPhone and iPad application Kraftwerk - Kling Klang Machine - No1, an interactive 24-hour music generator. Created by Jesta Digital in cooperation with Kraftwerk and music publisher SonyATV, the app is available on the iTunes App Store internationally for $8.99.
Developed by Jesta Digital in cooperation with Kraftwerk and SonyATV, the Kraftwerk app features a world time zone map with 24 hours of automated music.
When launched, the app generates automated music for 24 hours, and allows users to browse a world time zone map and interactively control speed, the tune of sound, and effects.
Users have the option to endlessly generate music and have it dynamically modified in auto mode.
After each run of a 16-step matrix sequence the position of the events is altered, according to Jesta Digital.
Users can alter sound parameters through interactive controllers and a mixer and create their own sound patterns, with sound changing according to the change of time zones.
Its makers have ‘crafted’ the UI to be in typical Kraftwerk style, including wireframe models and spinning robots.
