14 DAY TRIAL // Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick's romance has often been subject to speculation, particularly because neither seems too willing to get married even though they have two children together. Things are getting worse between the two reality stars, says the latest report.
Though they insist they don't need a marriage certificate to feel more committed to the relationship than they already are, spies continue to whisper to tabs that the real reason why they won't be married is that their relationship is dysfunctional.
It's always been so and it continues to be so to this day. The fact that Scott is drinking and partying again doesn't help matters either.
Kourtney recently gave birth to the couple's second child, Penelope, but an insider reveals for Radar Online that the new addition to the family has done nothing to bridge the gap between Kourtney and Scott.
On the contrary, actually: they are in full crisis mode.
Scott is “on a downward spiral” and “more of a mess than I've ever seen him,” the spy says. He's drinking a lot again and Kourtney already knows about it because Khloe stepped in to tell her.
As of now, the two are hardly talking to each other and almost never spending time together. Scott barely makes the time for his daughter, the insider dishes.
“Scott is never alone with Penelope because he is so irresponsible. Kourtney doesn't even like for him to hold [the baby] because she's afraid he'll drop her,” says the source, adding that she even asks him to leave the house because she doesn't want to have to deal with him.
As their relationship degrades, Scott is turning to the bottle for comfort and to fight a certain sense of boredom that won't go away.
“He's a 29-year-old dad with no real job and nothing to do. So he's partying again and drinking heavily,” the spy states.
As it happens, the other Kardashians are already prepared for an intervention – and will drive Scott away if he doesn't get back on the horse quickly.
“[They are] rallying around Kourtney, [as] Scott isn't being a good role model or dad. [Kris Jenner is] furious that Scott's out in public acting like a drunk. She'd rather kick him out and be done with him until he grows up,” the tipster further shares.
