The Kardashian sisters get personal on Jimmy Kimmel

For years, fans of the Kardashian family, especially of the three sisters – Kim, Kourtney and Khloe, have been wondering how come Kourtney and boyfriend Scott Disick never got married. Her answer to that question is in the video below.

Invited on Jimmy Kimmel to talk about their future projects, which happen to include a new makeup line, just in time for Christmas, the Kardashians also talked a bit about more personal topics.

For instance, the reason why Kourtney and Scott are still not married even though they're now expecting their second child together.

Kourtney tells Kimmel she loves Scott with her all heart and is convinced that he is the one for her. Unfortunately though, she has serious commitment issues, which is why she won't tie the knot.

“Do you wanna be in my therapy session?” Kourtney laughs when asked about her constant refusal to marry.

“First of all, I have realized that I have major commitment problems during this pregnancy,” she continues on a more serious tone.

“I'm really claustrophobic, and all my issues – and I have a lot of them – they all stem from this thing. I can't commit to anything... but I love Scott, and he is my partner,” Kourtney adds.

Sister Khloe chimes in to say that perhaps Kourtney means that she doesn't need a marriage certificate to validate her relationship to Scott, to which the latter agrees.

“We are committed to each other, we are together, we have a great partnership – I don't think I'm any different than Khloe and Lamar,” she says.

Kimmel's reply is nothing short of brilliant: after Kim mutters something about wishing she'd considered marriage in the same light her sister is seeing it in, the host suggests Kourtney and Scott could “give it a little try like Kim did,” in an obvious reference to her short-lived marriage to Kris Humphries.

In the same interview, the sisters also dish funny details about their step father Bruce Jenner and how he's so obsessed about his past success that it's almost impossible to talk to him and not have him bring it up.
