14 DAY TRIAL // Sister feud alert: Kourtney Kardashian, who is a supporter of attachment parenting, believes her sister Kim Kardashian, wife of Kanye West and mother of 1-year-old North, is a “bad mom” because she never spends enough time with her child, and when she does, she exposes her to the media.
The report comes from Radar Online, which cites unnamed sources close to the two reality stars. It doesn’t mention if Kourtney ever let Kim know what she thought of her parenting skills, but considering all members of the family are very direct in their conversations (especially if there’s a camera around), it’s probably safe to assume she did.

Kourtney, who is now pregnant with her third child by longtime beau Scott Disick, doesn’t understand sister Kim’s parenting style, mostly because it’s the exact opposite of what she, Kourtney, does at home with her two kids, Mason and Penelope.
“They have opposite parenting styles,” the inside source says for Radar. “Kourtney is very hands-on and all about doing kid things with her kids, not adult things.”
Kim, on the other hand, insists that her daughter North be dressed up like a grownup woman, only in somber colors, and that she tag along wherever she goes, including to designer shows at Paris Fashion Week.
It amazes Kourtney that Kim would do that to her daughter, just as it amazes her that, the rest of the time, she would spend this little time with her.
“She thinks Kim parading North around is terrible,” the tipster continues. “Kourtney would never bring her kid into a paparazzi storm like Paris Fashion Week or sit front row at a fashion show with her kids.”
However, in reality, Nori really is an accessory for Kim
Whether Kim spends enough time with her daughter is not up for us to say, mostly because we have no way of seeing what she does at home.
Still, based on Kim’s countless paparazzi photos in recent months, many have concluded that she’s treating North like some form of fashion accessory whenever she’s in public, and that she’s been doing it since day 1 she took her out in an outfit matching her own.
Whether she brings her out to Paris Fashion Week (and makes her walk on the sidewalk, to ensure the paparazzi get a good shot at her outfit) or in LA to all the paparazzi-infested hotspots, Kim is trying to make Nori the fashion icon “happen.”
She is even said to have hired a stylist and a tailor to cater to the tot’s sartorial needs, and this new member of the staff is in charge of making replicas of Kim’s outfits for Nori. Kim plans every outing in advance, so the tailor / stylist has enough time to come out with Nori’s outfits.
A 1-year-old kid can’t possibly care for these things, let alone enjoy them, which explains the criticism Kim has been getting as of late for the way she treats her daughter as she would a doll.
