Kourtney Kardashian Pulls Daughter Out at Birth, Allows Cameras In – Video

Just months before giving birth to her second child, Penelope Scotland, Kourtney Kardashian was saying that she would probably not allow TV cameras in on the big day. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians season finale just proved she did. 

Not only did Kourtney and Scott allow cameras inside the delivery room, but they also let them record footage of Kourtney pulling the baby out of her.

The footage was then included on the season finale of KUWTK, as the video below will confirm.

The Kardashians are really not drawing a line when it comes to their reality show: having offered fans to give them an almost uncensored insight into their life, they include some of their most intimate moments as well.

One of these was Kourtney’s delivery of Penelope. The entire family was in the delivery room, as also were countless cameras recording every move.

The Kardashians did the same when Mason was born, Kourtney and Scott’s first child. Kourtney pulled him out too.

“Kourtney just loves pulling out her own children,” sister Khloe says on the show, stating the obvious.

“She decides to pull Nelly out, as well. Go for it, sister. Do your thing,” she adds, smiling.

In an older interview, Kourtney explained her decision to allow TV cameras inside the delivery room as necessary to show to other women out there that birth can be a peaceful, calm and beautiful thing.

She said she wanted to prove that giving birth can be less drama-filled than it’s portrayed in movies.

“I don’t know. We’re gonna film it again ourselves, and honestly, my experience last time was so peaceful and calm and everything you don’t see in the movies,” she said when asked whether she’d show footage of Penelope’s birth as well.

“And I really wanted to share that with people so they knew it doesn’t have to be a crazy screaming session,” Kourtney added.

Now, fans know that Penelope too came into this world without any “crazy screaming session.”
