Kirsten Dunst's mother has repeatedly urged the young actress to straighten her front teeth, but she did nothing about it, choosing to cope with the "problem" in her own way. That is by not considering it a problem.
"That's one of the things I like about me. Messed-up teeth are so sexy," Kirsten declared.
And added that she likes so much Patricia Arquette, who also has unstraight teeth, for the same reason: "I have a girl crush on her. She's a real woman - she's not anorexic or perfectly tan, she's not trying to be anything but what she is, and that's the most sexy thing."
Dunst lines up with Lost in Translation star Scarlett Johansson, who has advised new comers in Hollywood to eat healthy and just be themselves, because that is more important than following a trend leading them nowhere.
Kirsten's breakthrough role was in "Interview with the Vampire", a 1994 film based on Anne Rice's novel of the same name and directed by Neil Jordan. This movie features a somehow controversial scene in which Dunst, then aged eleven, had to kiss Brad Pitt, who was 29.
The actress' most well-known performances to date have been in "The Virgin Suicides", the cult hit "Bring It On", and as Mary Jane Watson in "Spider-Man" and "Spider-Man 2".
