Just the regular, run off the mill storage device with rubber on the outside

Kingston figured this was as good a time as any to launch one of those average, albeit very tiny, flash drives that strove to neither awe nor shock their prospective buyers.

The DataTraveler Micro may be compact and colored a bright blue, and even has rubber on the outer body and a provision strap, but isn't all that extraordinary otherwise.

For one, it makes do with the USB 2.0 interface instead of leaping to USB 3.0.

Also, it doesn't have a colossal storage capacity either, though it is very small 1.008 x 0.657 x 0.331 inches (25.6mm x 16.7mm x 8.4mm).

There is a choice between 8 GB and 16 GB, for the prices of 8.5 and 16 Euro, respectively ($11.2/$21).

“Kingston’s DataTraveler Micro is a versatile USB Flash drive that is perfect for use with different devices such as tablets that have a USB port or in slim notebooks. Due to its small size, it is also convenient to be left plugged in while on the go,” said Nathan Su, Flash Memory sales director, APAC Region, Kingston.
