As people will notice, the new random access memory kits that Kingston has launched look like any other HyperX modules, only colored like the Na'Vi SSDs I have covered here.
There are two kits. One has a capacity of 8 GB and is made of a pair of 4 GB modules, while the other is a 16 GB kit of two 8 GB modules.
In both cases, the frequency is of 1,600 MHz. Better than the average setting (1333 MHz), but not exactly spectacular.
Then again, with a voltage of 1.5V and timings of 9-9-9, I'm sure that buyers will be able to overclock them if they really want to.
The maximum input power in normal mode is of 2.4 W for a kit of 8 GB and 2.46 watts for a kit of 16 GB.
Like the HyperX 3K SSD – Na'Vi Edition, the HyperX Genesis – Na'Vi Edition was designed in collaboration with multiple eSports club champion Natus Vincere.
