Epic tale "Kingdom of Heaven", starring Orlando Bloom, went straight to the top of the US box office with $20 million in its debut weekend an reached $56 million over the world.

Yet Hollywood is not impressed by this, for a movie that cost about $130 million and set to be the blockbuster of the summer. Are Americans tired of historical movies, with big budgets and impressive casts? Neither "Alexander", "King Arthur" or "Troy" were embraced by audience last year.

Nevertheless, in UK an Ireland the movie took 2,5 million ponds and gone straight to No1 in UK charts and public appreciations. The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy went No 2.

"Kingdom of Heaven" features Orlando Bloom as blacksmith - turned - warrior Balian who joins his father in the battle over Jerusalem. The action is placed in the 12-th century, the time of crusades and great knightly adventures.
