Kingdom Hearts II FAQ, Cheats and Secret Ending (PS2)

- Donald Duck and Cloud Strife in the same game

By: Alexandru Stanescu, Editor, Gaming Reviews (Consoles)

When you're the fan of the best RPG ever, any other contender to the title deserves some respect, especially if it's produced by the same company that created the "king" of the genre. In case you had doubts and you thought about Diablo 2 or The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind, I'm talking about Kingdom Hearts II, that being the contender. The best RPG is, as you should know by now, Final Fantasy VII. Back to KH II, many gamers were disappointed by the first installment, because it seemed childish and immature. Kingdom Hearts is all about Disney's characters mixed with Square's most famous characters. Sum it up to get a pretty game for the kids and a decent title for those Square-Enix games fans.

How to level up summons and drives
Summon: Just summon
anything and kill Heartless or Nobodies.

Valor: Kill Heartless.

Wisdom: Get as many successful hits as possible, to level up.

Master: Collect those little gold balls that raise your Drive Gauge to level up.

Final: Kill Nobodies.

To better explain the process of leveling up summons, you should summon Chicken Little and enter the limit with him and then exit it, and then summon him again. The limit will exhaust your summon gauges faster and you get one point of experience for every full bar that you use up. Keep summoning Chicken Little until you run out of Drive bars and then enter a Cerberus Cup, exit immediately and you will have full drive again which you'll use to do summons again.
You get a point of experience for each bar your summons use up.

How to make Ultima Weapon
You need to be at least on Synth Level 2 to use Bright and Energy Crystals. Or you can wait till your moogle level is up to nine though it will be much easier because you can cut your synthesis items in half. When your moggle is level 2, use the energy crystal to cut the materials in half.

Sidequests
You can try and get all the Coliseum cups and then try to raise all your characters’ strength and defense to MAX. Oh and last but not least, collect all the Gummi Ship treasures and of course complete all level 1, 2, & 3 flying courses.

Try completing Jiminy's journal. It will keep you busy for a while. And there are tons of Gummi Ship courses to complete. Or you could level up all your character stats, Drives, and summons at max. Even if you complete the game, there are still lots of things you can do.

Cup Unlockables
The Paradox Cups can be played by talking to Hades in his Chamber.

Pain and Panic Cup - Clear Disney Castle for the first time

Cerberus Cup - Clear Agrabah, Halloween, and Pride Land for the first time

Titan Cup - Clear Olympus Coliseum for the second time

Goddess of Fate Cup - Clear previous cups and beat the first fight with Xemnas

Paradox Cups: Pain and Panic - Clear all the previous cups

Paradox Cups: Cerberus Cup - Except Final Form, Form levels must be at Lv. 5 and must unlock Paradox Cup: Pain and Panic

Paradox Cups: Titan Cup - Summon level should be at Lv. 5 and have the Paradox: Cup Pain and Panic unlock

Paradox Cups: Hades Cup - Clear all the previous cups, clear Space Paranoids for the second time, and have ALL forms and summons at Lv. 7
