The new game will include visuals that have been remastered in high definition, as well as a variety of other improvements, so check out the description of the game below, via PS blog.

"The young Sora wields the magical keyblade in search of his lost friends, making new ones with Disney’s Goofy and Donald along the way. The story continues through classic Disney stories like Aladdin, Hercules, Alice in Wonderland, Pinocchio, and The Nightmare Before Christmas. Utilizing RPG mechanics and gaining new exploratory powers throughout his adventure, Sora solidified himself as a starry-eyed hero that bridged Disney classics with a unique overarching story of friendship and courage."

Lots of extra things are included in Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix, including the Final Mix Edition of the first game, the Re:Chain of Memories sequel, and a special collection of cinematic story videos, so check them out below.

"Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, previously a Japanese exclusive that introduced new weapons, new enemies, new abilities, new cutscenes, new missions, and a new secret movie."

"Also included in HD 1.5 Remix is Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories, a direct sequel to Kingdom Hearts that was also previously unavailable in Europe. Complementing these two great games are the cinematic story videos from Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, which act as an interquel between Re:Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts II."

Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix will be released for the PS3 in North America and Europe this fall.
