Game of Thrones is currently in the middle of its second season on HBO and the development team at Cyanide has chosen to offer some more information on the video game that will use the same universe ahead of its launch date of May 15, when the experience arrives on the PlayStation 3, the Xbox 360 and the PC.
The new update includes information and images of King’s Landing, the capital of Westeros and the center of the politic action in the video game.
In the Game of Thrones RPG, the city is still ruled by Robert Baratheon and gamers will be able to walk inside the Red Keep and even explore the Throne Room while meeting well-known characters like Lord Varys or Queen Cersei Lannister.
Recently, R.R. Martin himself talked about the Game of Thrones video game, saying, “I've sampled the work Cyanide has done, and I'm largely happy with it. I think many of my fans will share that feeling.”
