Some of these fixes only work after starting a new game

It’s been more than two months since the first patch for King’s Bounty: Warriors of the North was made available and developer 1C-SoftClub released another major update for the latest title in the highly-acclaimed King’s Bounty franchise.

The latest patch promises to fix some of the issues players have confronted with in the last three months since the game was released.

The long list of bug fixes comes to confirm once again that King’s Bounty: Warriors of the North, while a very addictive game, it’s affected by lots of problems that lower the gameplay experience.

Anyway, it appears that developers fixed at least two Steam achievements that could not have been earned before for various reasons:

- Patron and Friend of the Pirates titles can be earned now; - Ragnarok Messenger and Mad Courage achievements can be earned now.

However, the first achievement is only obtainable in case you start a new game due to the fact that data is stored in a save file.

Some balancing issues have been corrected as well, including the ones detailed below:

- Orc units health now depends on Adrenalin level correctly; - Soothsayers abilty Keeper of Knowledge now doesn't affect Soothsayers themselves; - Special Troll attack Pacify corrected; - Special Prc Hunter attack Net and its basic attack corrected.

Minor bugs affecting a few items in the game have been addressed as well:

- Mask of Youth and Chain of Chance properties corrected; - Silver Rapier and Ray of Light properties corrected.

Once again, keep in mind that Silver Rapier and Ray of Light properties are corrected only for players that start a new game.

There was also a critical bug that prevented players from accessing Guilford castle after battle with Eric, which has been fixed now. In fact, developers offer the following workaround: “leave Greenwort location and return to it.”
