14 DAY TRIAL // Kim Kardashian decided to post a photo from back in 2006 when she posed in Las Vegas in a bikini, but she had no idea the scandal it would spark. While Kim is used to getting a lot of attention for everything she does, this photo managed to get her the wrong kind of publicity.
Posing in a black bikini and with a large pair of sunglasses on, Kanye's fiancée looks barely recognizable in the photo taken just 8 years ago and posted on Instagram. Her followers were the first to spot the huge difference and called her out on it, blasting her for having face surgery.
“Yes you can tell you got face surgery girl you blowing your own cover,” said one of her followers.
Based on the photo, it's pretty obvious that Kim has had a lot of re-constructive surgery done to her face, despite the fact that she has denied it on numerous occasions.
The main area that was affected by the passage of time is her nose, which seems to be smaller and thinner these days. In 2010, she denied having surgery on it, although she admitted to have thought about it, citing it as her one main insecurity.
Also in 2010, her first husband, music producer Damon Thomas, claimed that he paid a lot of money for Kim to have extensive plastic surgery, which included liposuction and silicone implants for her chest.
Meanwhile, rapper fiancée Kanye promotes Kim as a model of natural beauty and even has fights with Vogue editor Anna Wintour to have her featured on the face of the fashion magazine.
The couple is getting ready to get married this summer in June, on the outskirts of Paris, in a yet undisclosed location. The ceremony promises to be one of the biggest one ever seen in a celebrity pair-up since Kim is said to be fond of the Royals and wants to mimic their style.
While the Palace of Versailles has shot them down as a possible venue for the event, the couple are now scouring the French countryside for a suitable castle.
