Who says you have to be born into royalty? For enough money, you can simply buy your royalty right off the shelf. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West set an example by allegedly hiring a regal coach for their upcoming May wedding in France.

The couple are said to be so obsessed with all things royal that they've hired a royal wedding coach to tutor them in “contemporary etiquette and manners” for their big day at the altar. The news comes from the British magazine Grazia, which claims that Kim and Kanye are fascinated with Prince William's wedding to Duchess Catherine in 2010 and want to copy it in terms of royal customs.

A source told the magazine that “Kim and Kanye want their day to be as regal as possible and are studying Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding for inspiration. The coach will apparently spend a week with Kim, Kanye, and the rest of the Kardashian clan in LA, giving them lessons tailored to their ‘royal’ day.”

The preparation will consists of teaching the couple “about contemporary etiquette and manners carried out by the modern royal family, as well as putting a British touch to their day with all the formal protocol.”

But wait, there's more! It seems that the couple will hand out guidelines to their guests on appropriate behavior come wedding day, just to make sure that everything goes as planned. Every little thing has come into scrutiny, including small things like the way you hold your glass.

“Their coach has come up with a strict guide for guests, including how to hold a champagne glass. They will also be told not to address service staff. Kim and Kanye want this to be as formal as possible,” adds the source.

Based on this, it's safe to say that wedding guests will have their work cut out for them. Up until now, it has emerged that they will be deprived of their phones during the ceremony so as to eliminate any possibility of a leaked video getting on the internet.

Now it looks like they will also have to learn a ton of rules, watch their manners and not speak to the staff, all the while making sure they hold their champagne glass in the proper manner. It sounds like too much of a hassle right now, so anyone that doesn't make the list should consider themselves lucky they were spared the torture.
