Not long ago, they were inseparable but, these days, not so much. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been spending increasingly more time apart, prompting lots of speculation about the state of their relationship and how it might actually be over.
Business could be driving them apart, friends worry, as
PageSix writes.
This, in turn, is setting tongues wagging about how the entire romance was nothing but another PR stunt carefully orchestrated to divert attention from
her failed marriage to Kris Humphries, which is also believed to have been a PR stunt.
Either that or the timing of it was an incredible coincidence.
“While Kim is in Miami to film her family reality show, Kanye has been living it up at Paris fashion week, even though he isn’t showing his clothing line there,” PageSix writes.
“On Sunday he was at a party hosted by Diane von Furstenberg and Olivier Zahm to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Purple magazine,” the same report notes.
Another possibility might be that Kanye is simply growing tired of Kim and of
how difficult it is to be her man, claims a second insider.
“Another source tells us that things between Kanye and Kim are ‘cooling off’ because ‘he’s getting tired of the constant press and promotion. He’s not as tight with her as he was’,” writes the tab.
Because Kim is ok with
rumors only insomuch they’re beneficial for her, a rep for the family has already shut down all talk of any “cooling off” between her and the rapper.
Kim and Kanye have been very close friends for almost a decade, but only went public with their romance earlier this year, just as Kim was coming under serious fire from her fans for her 72-day, apparently sham marriage to Kris Humphries.
As PageSix puts it, the romance with Kanye came at a very convenient moment.
