14 DAY TRIAL // She’s already back to her pre-pregnancy weight, half a year after giving birth to her first child, but Kim Kardashian has no intention of stopping here with the weight loss, as per a new report. In fact, she’s doing her best to get to a size 0.
To put things into perspective, high fashion models are normally a size 0. For Kim’s body type, getting to this tiny size would be not only near impossible but also extremely unhealthy because such a skinny frame would not come naturally to her.
However, insiders say for the latest InTouch issue, she’s determined to get this thin even if that means sacrificing her health in the process. So far, Kim has reportedly lost about 70 pounds (31.7 kg) and she’s basically killing herself to get even thinner.
“Kim wants to be thinner than her pre-baby body and is willing to do anything to get there,” says an insider. Her motivation is her upcoming wedding to Kanye West, which will take place this summer, with the insider saying that “she’s desperate to be a size-0 bride.”
To get this skinny, Kim has been working out like crazy and also limiting her calorie intake considerably.
“She works out every day at 5 a.m. [for 3 hours in a row],” while “counting the calories in everything and living on grilled fish, chicken and steamed vegetables. She admitted she’s barely eaten a carb for nearly four months.”
Kim has already credited Atkins with helping her lose most of the weight she put on while carrying daughter North, aka Nori.
The wedding isn’t her sole incentive, though, another insider reveals: Kim also wants to get the “right” body for that moment when Kanye will finally get her on the cover of fashion bible Vogue. She’s been dying to do the magazine for years but Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour won’t allow it because she doesn’t consider reality stars high fashion.
For some months, Kanye has been pressuring Wintour to get Kim that cover, preferably in her wedding dress. “Kanye’s been talking to Anna Wintour about having the wedding appear in the magazine,” says the unnamed source.
