Kim Kardashian Wants to Be a Bond Girl, Actress

A possible explanation for why reality star and socialite Kim Kardashian was at the SAG Awards 2011 has been found: in an interview from before the awards, she revealed she wanted to be a Bond girl and a respectable actress.

On a more serious note, the star of the E! insanely popular reality show has revealed that she doesn’t plan on being on the small screen for much longer because she’s eyeing bigger projects.

Since being a Bond girl is one of the best trampolines for actresses and since casting for the upcoming 23rd Bond has just begun, here is Kim’s biggest chance, E! Online reports.

“I would love to be in a Bond film – a Bond Girl!” Kim shared on the red carpet before this year’s SAG Awards. “That would be the ultimate,” she gushes.

Of course, as of this moment, this is just a dream – but a girl can dream, as the saying goes.

What’s certain right now is that Kim wants to make her acting debut, so she’s looking at various offers to land the perfect part for that.

“There are a few offers on the table, but I definitely want to make the right decision for the right part,” Kim said on the same occasion.

“I love acting. It’s challenging for me, and I love it,” the reality star added.

And acting is not the only new project that Kim will start this year, as we also noted on several previous occasions: friend Kanye West convinced her to give music a try as well, and she’s recorded a single that she debuted during a New Year’s Eve party.

A vide for it has also been shot, but it’s yet to see a release date.

Kim says she doesn’t plan on recording and releasing a full-length album but chances are that, if her single does well in the charts and with the public, she will be doing precisely this to capitalize on it.
