This also applies to the Giuseppe Zanotti boot the rapper introduced to the world a couple of days ago, and which already got plenty of press – and very mixed reactions.
Made of calf leather and embroidered pearls, the Zanotti heels will retail for $6,000 (€4,531), which literally makes them among the most expensive items of its kind on the market.
Then again, if you're Kim Kardashian, you get them for free, together with other items from the Fall 2012 collection that Kanye just debuted in Paris.
As the Daily Mail can confirm, the reality star, dressed up in beige pants, a white top and a fur shawl to match the Zanotti heels, sat front row at the fashion show.
Before she showed up at the venue, she boasted about the amazing present Kanye had given her. “I j'adore my shoes tonight!” she gushed, posting a photo of her heels on Twitter.
Because of the eyewatering price tag attached to these shoes, word in the blogosphere has it that Kim and Kanye are actually more than good friends.
As we also noted on various past occasions, the rumor has been around for years.
