Kim Kardashian has often been applauded for her ability to never take herself too seriously – or so say her fans , as well as for her willingness to go that extra mile for a good laugh. Her recent “feat” involves wearing a prosthetic face until she was barely recognizable for an episode of “Secret Celebrity,” as the star herself revealed on her personal webpage.

In-between shooting scenes for her own reality show, on which she appears with her sisters, Kim also took the time to shoot an episode for E’s “Secret Celebrity,” which has, as its name suggests, celebrities in disguise, made to work regular jobs. The hook is shooting people’s reactions when they come face-to-face with said celebrity. However, Kim’s fans note on her page, if all are so wonderfully “re-done,” chances of them recognizing the stars are pretty slim.

“Did you guys watch Secret Celebrity? It is on the E! network and it is hilarious! This was a real process... I needed to get a molding of my face so I could have a prosthetic nose, cheeks, and neck put on! I look like a completely different person! My name was Cynthia... after my cousin Cici!” Kim writes in a post accompanying a series of shots.

Some of the pictures show Kardashian in the process of having the prosthetic face molded on her own, while a couple also revealing the end result. The difference is striking to say the least. “Check out the place I went to!” Kim gushes. “They have made casts of everyone from Tom Cruise to Angelina Jolie for movies! It was so surreal seeing all these famous movie stars’ faces on the wall!! Kind of scary, huh?” she writes.

Cici, the “re-made” version of Kim Kardashian, has very small teeth, curly hair, a double chin and a rather large nose. She also wears glasses and looks darkish of sorts, a far cry from the glamorous Kim that always causes a frenzy whenever she steps out, whether on the red carpet or simply out about town running errands.
