14 DAY TRIAL // Kim Kardashian didn't fly all the way to Minnesota to see Kris Humphries just to get “closure”: she also went there to talk about the possibility of mending her marriage, it has emerged. The two are talking about getting back together.
As we also informed you yesterday, shortly after arriving in LA from Australia, Kim boarded a plane to Minnesota, where she met with her soon to be ex-husband Kris Humphries.
Initial reports said she wanted to get closure and to make sure that Kris understood why she'd decided to end the marriage after just 72 days.
TMZ is now saying there was definitely more to the meeting than just that: in fact, it claims, the two are talking about the possibility of giving their relationship another try.
“Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries threw a Hail Mary Sunday to see if they could save their marriage – and after a four-hour meeting with their pastor, sources close to the couple tell TMZ a reconciliation is 'up in the air',” the e-zine writes.
After Kim arrived at Kris' house in Minnesota, the two met with the pastor that married them. In other words, Kim is seeking a marriage counselor AFTER filing for divorce.
“According to our sources, the meeting with Pastor Joel Johnson went well as they talked through lots of issues. We're told the two expressed respect and love for each other, but both acknowledged a lot is wrong with their relationship,” TMZ further says.
“Our sources say Kris was 'ecstatic' Kim made the trip to Minnesota and he truly thinks he can win her back. As for Kim, she's unsure if she even wants to give it another go... but for now, she's willing to keep talking,” the same media outlet says.
Those who have come to believe, mostly because of the most recent events in Kim's life, that she's only putting on an act for ratings and money, no longer doubt she will get back with Kris and then tell the story to every media outlet willing to listen to / pay her.
