14 DAY TRIAL // Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have only a few more months to go before they’re married and, judging by the latest reports, tension is starting to take its toll. Even so, they’re planning to go all out on their big day, which will even see them wear actual crowns.
Call them King Kanye and Queen Kween Kim. You know they’d love it.
According to the latest report in Us Weekly, the two are determined to make their nuptials the biggest and most talked about event in showbiz, something fit for blue bloods. And what better way to spell regal than with his and hers crowns.
“Kim and Kanye will be in handcrafted headpieces he commissioned for them. He thinks he and Kim are royalty,” says an insider.
The wedding will take place in May, outside of Paris at the Chateau d’Usse, after they were turned down for a ceremony at the Palace of Versailles, where they initially planned to hold the ceremony and the reception. Insiders reveal that they want Stevie Wonder and John Legend to perform.
“No expense will be spared” for the “over the top affair,” one such spy says.
Meanwhile, Life & Style is reporting that Kim has already grown tired with Kanye’s micromanaging because he wants to be in charge of every little detail of the wedding, leaving her no room to have her say.
“Kanye is obsessed with creating moments, like he did with the baseball-stadium engagement. Now he's working on all these huge surprises for the wedding, but as a result she has virtually no idea what is going to happen at her own wedding. She's been kept in the dark about a lot of the details, and that doesn't make her happy,” says another source.
What she does know is that she will have just one dress change and that her daughter with Kanye, North, will play a “large role” in the wedding, the insider explains.
Some time ago, rumors were saying that Kanye didn’t want the wedding on the family’s reality show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, but considering that the engagement was included on the latest season and especially given these rumors of them wearing crowns, we’re definitely praying for another TV special like the one Kim got for her wedding to Kris Humphries.
