14 DAY TRIAL // Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have managed to keep many details of their romance a secret even though they were, until the birth of their daughter North in June, the most photographed celebrity couple out there.
This explains why, every once in a while, tabloids run stories about their wedding plans even though, in all fairness, the two have not even discussed the matter publicly.
Kim did say, after her second divorce, from Kris Humphries, that she knew for a fact her third wedding would not be such an elaborate affair as the TV phenomenon her nuptials to Humphries were but, according to Us Weekly, Kanye begs to differ.
Unnamed insiders tell the tabs that this is precisely what the rapper wants: a big, splashy and completely over the top wedding, which they’re now busily planning.
Unfortunately for Kim’s fans, who must have grown accustomed to being privy to every little detail of her life, the ceremony won’t be televised, say the same spies.
“They've been discussing marriage for a while. A wedding is in the works,” an insider explains.
“Kanye has never been married before and wants a big wedding. So Kim is getting used to the idea again! [He] wants something really cool and big and over-the-top,” adds another unnamed source.
The two are yet to agree on all the details but, right now, they have decided that the wedding won’t be turned into a TV reality special, like Kim’s wedding to Kris was.
Moreover, the report notes, Kanye would like to tie the knot with Kim at a location near his Paris home and, if possible, he’d like for it to happen as quickly as possible.
In fact, getting married is a priority for him right now.
“He wants to get married more than she does!” another insider says.
