Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have a lot of planning to do these days. With their first baby on the way – she is about 13 weeks pregnant – the two have decided to move in together and have already purchased their own mansion.

It cost a whopping $11 million (€8.4 million) and will see them rubbing elbows with the likes of Jennifer Aniston, Joe Francis and Chris Paul, TMZ reports.

“Sources close to K & K tell TMZ the future parents are now the proud owners of a 10,000-square-foot pad in an über-private, gated community in Bel Air, CA.,” the celebrity e-zine says.

They have serious plans of converting it into their dream house, preferably before their child is born.

“Kim and Kanye have owned the house for a few weeks and they’ve already gutted it and are designing a 14,000-square-foot dream home in its place. The new home will be an Italian-style villa, with a gym, movie theater, full hair and makeup salon, bowling alley, basketball court, indoor and outdoor pool,” TMZ further says, citing the same inside sources.

No word yet on whether the two are also planning on getting married anytime soon but, if they do, it will probably be documented on camera for yet another TV special like the one E! aired last year, when Kim tied the knot to Kris Humphries.

For the time being, neither the reality star nor her rapper beau is willing to discuss the possibility of getting hitched just yet, mostly because she is still legally tied to Humphries.

Recent reports note that he is still hell-bent on getting an annulment on the basis of fraud instead of a divorce, which is what Kim wants.

Presumably, if a judge grants Kris an annulment, the prenup he signed before marrying Kim would become void and he would be entitled to half of everything she made during their 72-day marriage.

Considering that Kim is the highest paid reality star of the moment, that would amount to more than a pretty penny.
