14 DAY TRIAL // Since she wasn't part of the major celebrity leaked photo scandal, Kim Kardashian has been having a rough couple of days. Her name has dropped from the headlines, only to be replaced with that of Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton, McKayla Maroney, and other female stars whose intimate photos were leaked.
So, now Kim is working extra to bring the spotlight back on herself. Right after the leak, she did a steamy photo shoot with British GQ Magazine, which eventually awarded her with the Woman of the Year Award. The photos showed Kim in seductive poses, sprawled on a bed with satin sheets, wearing a pair of stilettos and a smile.
Today, we have parts of the interview accompanying that photo shoot, and it's safe to say it's equally controversial. The reality star talks about many things in her life, but what captures our attention is the mention of a possible raunchy tape with her and Kanye West.
Of course, you will all remember that Kim rose to prominence thanks to an equally raunchy intimate recording between her and rapper Ray J, in which they engaged in some rather explicit activities. Since the leak, Kim has cried on many TV channels and talk shows about her ruined reputation, but the fact of the matter is that it only had positive effects on her future career and exposure.
Which is why Kim is now saying things like “My husband and I have an amazing [love] life. So far as the [raunchy] tape is concerned, whether or not we've made one … If we have, it's never something I want to go public.”
In other words, the tape exists but Kim is waiting for just the right time to release it, probably when her popularity might go to drop. Of course, there is going to be a “leak” like the first time, and then Kim is going to get the publishing rights to sell to a big company and then cash in every time someone wants to watch it.
And just to make sure that she's driven her point home and convinced you that she's for real, Kim emphatically adds, “I never want to make the same mistake twice.” That's us convinced then!
It's worth mentioning that Kim has had some sage words about the recent photo leak, explaining that she knew that the iCloud account was a bad idea and that she deleted it years ago. This is probably why there are no leaked photos of her today, but it's also possible that people are simply fed up with her and there's really nothing left to leak since she keeps posting photos of herself each day.
Fun fact: Kim has recently admitted to taking as many as 2,000 selfies every day. If you're curious and have a knack for numbers, you're going to calculate and reach the same conclusion we did: that adds up to a photo every 43 seconds, which is less than one per minute!
It's no wonder that she's coming out soon with a book of her selfies she's calling “Selfish.”
