14 DAY TRIAL // On a recent episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim admitted in front of the camera that she was going all natural because her beau Kanye West would rather she embraced her natural beauty. She was talking about makeup – fake eyelashes, in particular.
Star Magazine confirms the story (via CB), adding that, while Kim might not use fake eyelashes anymore, she still employs a trick to make hers longer and more luscious.
“When Kim Kardashian bats her eyes, it’s hard not to notice her insanely long lashes. But on a recent episode of KUWTK, Kim said that fake lashes are SO not her thing and that Kanye West prefers a more natural look,” Star writes.
Celebrity eyelash expert Alicia Hunter, whose client list includes Dina Lohan, Lindsay Lohan’s mother, reveals for the publication that Kim is using eyelash extensions made of mink.
Not only do they last longer, but they also have a more natural aspect, which basically enables her to claim that she’s going all natural.
“Kim is not only for wearing mink clothing, she actually has the animal fur attached to her body. Kim’s eyes look great – they are always perfect, but they are not natural,” Hunter explains.
It turns out that Kanye West is really determined to give Kim’s style a complete makeover. After raiding her closet and throwing out most of her stuff (and replacing them with designs of his own choosing), he’s also gotten her to ditch the Botox, according to a recent report.
Ever since that one time when Kim was left with two black eyes from Botox, she has been denying getting more injections, though many beauticians and plastic surgeons are calling her bluff based on her frozen expression on many a public outing.
As per the latest rumor about said Botox habit, Kim has been “clean” these past 6 months, after Kanye sat her down and explained to her why she didn’t need it at such an early age.
“Kim quit Botox six months ago. She realized she’s still young enough that she doesn’t need it… Now that she’s spending more time with Kanye, Kim realizes she got caught up in a very Hollywood approach to beauty,” an insider was quoted as saying, as we also reported at the time.
