14 DAY TRIAL // Shortly after returning from Australia after cutting short a promotional visit there, Kim Kardashian boarded another flight, this time for Minnesota. She's been reunited with soon to be ex-husband Kris Humphries to talk things through, it has emerged.
TMZ reports that Kim boarded a flight at the very last minute and jumped on a plane to see Kris, who, ever since she filed for divorce after just 72 days of marriage, has been laying low there, avoiding the press.
The e-zine says Kim doesn't necessarily want to get back with Kris, but she does want some sort of closure, because she's “torn” about the divorce.
“We're told Kim flew commercial and was traveling with [a] guy [...] who appeared to be a bodyguard. According to our sources, Kim booked the flight very last minute because she felt like she owed it to Kris to talk things through with him face-to-face,” TMZ writes.
Even more surprisingly, Kim and the man were entirely alone. Her meeting with Kris wasn't documented on camera for her reality show, the same media outlet has learned.
As we also informed you over the weekend, word in the blogosphere has it that Kim has barred TV cameras from her life for the time being, until she comes to terms with the end of her marriage.
She will resume shooting for Keeping Up with the Kardashians next year, and she will only mention the divorce, not talk about it extensively.
“Kim has been saying even before she filed for divorce that she wasn't sure about ending the marriage. As we first reported, she was crying on and off last weekend before she decided to pull the trigger,” TMZ further writes.
While sources say that the visit to Minnesota isn't a reconciliation, both Kris and Kim are still open to one – so it might as easily pave the way for it, especially since it seems the plan is to have some form of marriage counseling as well.
“Kris and Kim will be meeting with the pastor who married them to talk about the marriage, the divorce, and their feelings. Again, this is not a reconciliation but we're told Kim wants to make sure she and Kris have closure and talk everything out,” TMZ further writes.
