14 DAY TRIAL // It looks like Kim Kardashian is getting the wrong kind of attention in Paris these days. The reality star is being hounded by Vitalii Sediuk, a known prankster who specializes in playing mean jokes to celebrities on the red carpet. And it seems like he's having a fixation with Kim and her posterior.
Vitalii first “attacked” Kim last week, when he tried to shove her and knock her to the ground before being tackled himself by her bodyguards who quickly removed him from the event. In the video that has since emerged, Kim can be seen being swept up by a bodyguard before she yells something towards Kanye.
Vitalii returns for another attack since the first one was foiled by security
Now it seems that he has some unfinished business with Kim, probably thinking that the first time he tried to pull off the prank, it failed miserably. TMZ now reports that Vitalii was spotted by Kim's beefed up security force at Hotel Costes in Paris when the reality star and her husband were having dinner at around 6 pm.
The bodyguards simply formed a barrier between him and Kim until she was able to leave without coming into contact with him. It turns out that Vatalii has committed no crime, so there's actually nothing that can be done to prevent him from walking up to Kim.
Police were unable to charge Sediuk after first attack, they let him go
Paris police have detained him for a while after the first attack but since they weren't able to charge him with anything, they had to let him go.
Vitalii is known for his tasteless pranks that don't seem to amuse anyone, except maybe him. A couple of months ago, he tried to sneak under America Ferrera's dress at the Cannes Film Festival, he “crotch-hugged” Bradley Copper and Leonardo DiCaprio on two separate occasions.
His most notorious case was when he punched Brad Pitt at the “Maleficent” premiere this year, knocking off his glasses. He was given a restraining order and forbidden from attending any more Hollywood red carpet events.
For Kim, this is the second attack, so it's very possible that she might press charges which would bring in the police and could spell some trouble for this “journalist” – and we use that term lightly. Until he is stopped, no celebrity and no red carpet event is safe, as Sediuk seems to have an ability to find his way through the biggest crowds and evade the most cunning of security guards.
