Guerrilla Games has just rolled out a fresh update for Killzone: Shadow Fall on the PlayStation 4 platform, bringing forth patch 1.20, which includes a series of improvements for Insurgent DLC Pack owners, as well as enahncements to the UI and Warzone customization.

Killzone: Shadow Fall has delighted a lot of PS4 owners worldwide with its impressive gameplay, visuals, and the constant care put in by developer Guerrilla through lots of patches designed to add more features to the first-person shooter while polishing existing ones.

Now, the studio has rolled out another update that's aimed at improving a suite of things, starting with the online collectible system that was included in the Insurgent DLC pack. Owners of the add-on will now receive a speed boost when they shoot a collectible crate and a particle effect will be displayed on the battlefield, even when cloaked, in order to maintain a balance.

The user interface has been tweaked, thanks to a new scoreboard that splits players by teams, while the player who placed a spawn beacon will see his name appear in the spawn select screen.

Those who create new Warzones for the game's multiplayer can select a pre-game wait time through a new option, and they should see that a few other minor bugs have been solved.

The new Killzone: Shadow Fall update is already available for download on the PS4 right now, via the PSN.
