14 DAY TRIAL // Video game developer Guerrilla Games and publisher Sony announce that their first person shooter Killzone: Shadow Fall has managed to sell 2.1 million units between the launch date of the PlayStation 4 and January 15.
VG247 quotes Shuhei Yoshida, the leader of the Sony Worldwide Studios, as saying that, "This title fully embraces the creativity of the development team at Guerrilla Games based in the Netherlands, and is a great representation of what SCE WWS has to offer."
The executive says that his company will continue to deliver quality titles for the PlayStation 4 and nominated DriveClub, InFamous: Second Son and The Order: 1886 as the titles that are capable of delivering solid sales in the future.
Killzone: Shadow Fall is designed to show off the computing power of the PS4 and will continue to receive downloadable content from Guerrilla Games.
