As November is slowly drawing close, rumor has it that the young Katie Holmes is having a serious case of cold-feet, with second-thoughts and all. At the moment, the 'Dawson's Creek' star is in Paris, where she seems to have found the perfect wedding gown for the lavish ceremony set to take place in a matter of a couple of weeks.

Tom's first wife, the Australian beauty Nicole Kidman, on the other hand, is busy not at minding her own business and seeing to her husband, the man she married at the beginning of this summer but, according to reports in the media, at giving Katie free and unsolicited advice as to what being married to Tom means.

Nicole allegedly phoned Katie in Paris to speak about all the possible advantages of wedding the 'Mission: Impossible' star. A source spilled the beans to Britain's 'Grazia' Magazine: 'Nicole called Katie and they had a friendly chat, during which she said Tom had been a great, supportive husband for ten years and she shouldn't listen to any gossip about him that suggests otherwise'.

But that's not all that Nicole talked to Katie about, according to the spy who, naturally, refused to reveal his/her identity: 'Nicole has made sure that she has told Katie how pleased she is they're getting married. She's alleviated some of Katie's worries about what it's like being married to Tom and urged her to go ahead with the wedding. Nicole usually minds her own business, but she made an exception in this case.'

Well, given the fact that Nicole is indeed one of the most discreet persons in Hollywood, this entire story will eventually turn out to be rubbish. It just can't be true, but maybe we'll all find out once the wedding between Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes finally takes place.
