Khloe Kardashian is now in the best shape of her life and she’s making sure everybody hears about it, posting photos on Instagram, talking to the media about her workout routines and even preparing the release of a book on the topic. The problem is that she’s lying about it.

According to inside sources speaking to Radar Online, as much as Khloe wants the world to believe she attained her current figure through hard work, she didn’t: she had “serious lipo” about 3 months ago, so she “cheated” her way to weight loss.

Liposuction was just the beginning

For the most part of her adult life, Khloe was the target of many mean jokes about her weight. She was always the tallest and the heaviest of the Kardashian sisters, and this translated into countless jabs at her expense online.

Khloe has spoken about this before, saying bullying took a massive toll on her already low self-esteem, but adding that she learned, in time, to find strength in herself instead of looking for validation from others.

As per the unnamed spy dishing to Radar, she finally had enough this year, when she decided to go under the knife to finally get the body she’d always wanted. She got lipo “on her waistline, tummy and legs,” and is “also looking into having her [backside] reduced in size because now it looks out of proportion to her new small frame.”

So the liposuction was just the beginning of her transformation, the one that will take her from the family’s ugly duckling and put her on par with sisters Kim and Kourtney.

Khloe’s secret: boxing and weight training with a personal trainer

Officially, Khloe says she got her current body from intensive workouts and a healthier eating plan. She recently explained that she started boxing as a way to cope with the stress from her divorce from Lamar Odom, and that she became so hooked on the afterwards feeling that she couldn’t stop.

In her defense, she’s photographed daily by the paparazzi heading in and out of the gym, so if she really got her new figure by cheating with lipo, she’s making a huge effort to keep up appearances.

In the Instagram photo available below, Khloe explains that even when she was deemed “fat” she was happy with the way she looked, so she didn’t set out on this fitness journey with the goal of losing weight.

She did want to feel better and stronger, though, and this is where her personal trainer came in. He mixes workouts for her so that she makes the most of the time spent at the gym and she never gets bored, and he deserves the most credit for her current, toned figure.  

Looking back at pictures of myself I didn't realize at the time how unhealthy my lifestyle actually was. People love to call me the fat one but as weird as it sounds I still don't think I would consider myself fat back then. Definitely overweight and unhealthy, yes. About two years ago I decided to turn to fitness as a form of therapy and as a stress reliever. I started slow and eventually I started working out 4 to 5 days a week. We all have to start somewhere and doing something is better than nothing at all. Start small so you don't get discouraged and give up. Remember it is all about consistency. There are no quick fixes if you want long-term results. Working out is a huge part of my life now. I genuinely enjoy sweating out my frustrations and living a healthier life. My workouts are not all about vanity. They are about clarity for my mind and soul. We all have different journeys in life, make sure your journey is for you and you alone.
