14 DAY TRIAL // Once more, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom’s marriage is plagued by infidelity and divorce rumors. Polina Polonsky claims she had an affair with Lamar from June to July this year, and swears that, before she started it, she made sure he had broken up with Khloe.
She tells Star magazine that the only reason she’s going public with her “torrid” affair is because Khloe had threatened her and her family and she’s afraid, Star’s sister publication Radar Online reports.
According to Polonsky, who is an attorney, she and Lamar started dating on June 2, the same day that Kim Kardashian held her baby shower, which is also the last time Khloe and Lamar were photographed together.
The affair ended on July 13, when Khloe came over uninvited to Lamar’s hotel room and attacked her. Polonsky claims she called the police and the hotel staff to have her escorted, but no one came to her aid.
While Lamar was trying to calm his wife down, she left.
“I was under the impression that he had left Khloe… he acted completely available and we definitely had a mutual attraction,” she says.
Clearly, Khloe wasn’t under the impression that her marriage was over, judging by her reaction to finding Polina in her husband’s hotel room.
“While Khloe was screaming outside the door, Lamar was calling people to come and get her. She was out of control. The whole scene was so frightening — and I couldn’t understand why we were hiding, because he made it clear that he didn’t want to be with her!” she tells the mag.
“She’s investigated my loved ones, and she personally tried to attack me. I can’t even go home, because I’m scared that something bad will happen,” Polina continues.
Because she’s so afraid, she wants the public to know her side of the story, she argues.
Meanwhile, Khloe is reportedly seeking comfort and counseling with her mother and manager, Kris Jenner, who, as per the same report, is advising her to weather the storm.
