14 DAY TRIAL // “Forgive but don't forget” seems to be Khloe Kardashian's motto these days, as she is reported to be slamming down hard on her former husband's feeble attempts at getting back together. She is planning to carry out their divorce, even if Lamar has recently been displaying a “turn the other cheek” attitude.
Khloe doesn't seem to be impressed by his reaching out towards her and plans to make good on her promise to divorce the recently reformed basketball player, according to Radar.
The now remorseful Lamar has recently said in an interview about Khloe, “That’s my wife, I love my wife, she’ll always be my wife no matter what,” probably hoping that it will reach the Kardashian and it will somehow impress her into taking him back.
Sources close to Khloe say that isn't going to happen anytime soon. Khloe, 29, apparently thinks that Lamar, 34, is out of touch with reality in believing that they still have a chance together.
“She has absolutely no plans to get back together with Lamar,” says an insider. “She has already sold their house and is just starting live her own life. The nights of staying up late at night wondering where Lamar was and if he would be coming home, are over,” the insider continues.
Moreover, “the relationship had run it’s course. She wishes he would file the response to their divorce proceedings so they can both move on in a healthy way,” which is basically saying that you can stick a fork in their marriage, because it's done.
The once troubled Lamar has just signed a deal with Spanish basketball team Laboral Kutxa and has been seen still wearing his wedding ring, sparking some rumors that the televised split was just a clever ruse from Keeping Up with the Kardashians producers to boost the ratings.
Turns out Khloe is proving those rumors wrong, after Lamar caused her much heartbreak with rumors of infidelity and his drug addiction. After a couple of months of embarrassing incidents which culminated with the leaking of a video in which a clearly drugged Lamar rapped with his shirt off about cheating on his wife, Khloe finally filed for divorce in December of last year.
Since the split, she has been seen around Los Angeles partying with rapper The Game, as the two were photographed together in the middle of some very steamy dance moves, under the careful supervision of her mother, Kris Jenner.
