Khloe Kardashian has just stepped into the third decade of her glamorous existence, and for her it was an occasion to seriously freak out. It turns out that celebrities too have insecurities just like us and they too face those cold chills and panic-inducing thoughts that cause us to stay awake at night too.
On Sunday, Khloe's new reality series spin-off, Kourtney and Khloe take the Hamptons, aired its latest episode and the viewers were treated to an inside look into Khloe's personal angst about what will become of her life.
Khloe wanted to be married with children by the time she was 30, she is neither
The reality star had just turned 30 on the show and she immediately realized that her life wasn't going in the direction she was hoping for. It turns out that Khloe wanted to follow in her mother's footsteps and be married with children by the time she was 30.
At the moment, she is neither, as she is technically separated from Lamar Odom, the basketball player who used to be her husband, nor does she have any children. Ever the reassuring mother, Kris tries to comfort her daughter who isn't feeling happy and joyful and tells her that she's perhaps moving a little too quickly after her separation.
E! Online points out that all this does is incite the anger of her daughter who then goes ballistic. Khloe finds her mother to be all of a sudden the source of her problems and berates her for not being more understanding. Then, she says something that will surely shock people who have been following her for the past year, “Like even right now, today, I wish I was still married to him.”
Khloe wants Lamar back, Lamar wants Khloe back, but Khloe is spotted with French Montana, Bruce Jenner tells her to give Lamar another shot
This is very confusing as Khloe has been trying to divorce Lamar for some time now. Last we heard from her, Lamar was MIA and refusing to take her calls, knowing that she wanted to serve him the divorce papers.
The basketball player has also been holding on to the marriage, refusing to let Khloe go and trying to convince her to take him back after she accused him of having a drug problem and cheating on her. Chances are that Lamar is going to be very happy once he sees Khloe saying such things on her reality show, talking about wanting to be married to him.
The situation happens to be very murky at the moment, as numerous rumors say that Khloe Kardashian is presently back with her boyfriend rapper, French Montana, after the two were spotted being overtly friendly to one another at his birthday party which took place earlier this month.
Khloe's step-father, Bruce Jenner, is reportedly telling her that she should give Lamar another shot, seeing as how he's turned his life around since the separation and seems to be genuinely sorry for his past errors.
One insider for the family is quoted as saying that “Bruce is playing match maker and trying to level with Khloe. He thinks she should take Lamar back. Despite all the cheating, alleged drug use and his NBA career loss, Bruce still thinks Lamar’s good for Khloe and he let her know that.”
For the moment, Khloe and Lamar are still officially married since he never signed the divorce papers.
