Regardless of how great their insides are, most keyboards still use mostly plastic for their outer frames and buttons. Tt eSPORTS has decided that this will not do anymore.

Long story short, the professional eSports gaming peripheral company has introduced the METALCAPS, key caps made from Zinc alloy. Zinc alloy that has been anodized and UV coated, to be specific.

They easily stand out from the rest thanks to their metallic, chrome sheen.

The METALCAPS are compatible with keyboards that use Tt eSPORTS Certified Mechanical switches, or Cherry MX switches with cross-shaped stems.

There are four packs. One pack includes the W, A, S, D buttons and the Esc key, one comes with the Q, W, E, and R keys (plus, again, the Esc key), one contains Zinc replacements for the arrow keys (plus Esc), and, finally, the fourth has 38 keys in total (letters, punctuation marks, the arrows, and, of course, Escape again).

The three small packs of METALCAPS have a price of $19.99 / €14.72 (more likely €19.99 if exchange rates don't pan out), while the fourth has a tag of $69.99 / €51.53 - €69.99. Sales will begin in the USA, Germany, and Taiwan this month (July 2014), with the rest of the world following soon after.
