Kevin Federline and Girlfriend Are Expecting Their First Child

Kevin Federline, once known solely as K-Fed, and his girlfriend of almost 3 years, Victoria Prince, are expecting their first child. This makes Kevin’s fifth and Victoria’s first – and both are said to be over the moon about it.

This is not the first time that reports about a child for the couple surface, the difference being that, this time around, there are photos to prove it.

As E! Online points out, for weeks now, Victoria has been sporting a definite baby bump – and there’s confirmation now from a source close to the couple that they’re starting their own family.

“Britney Spears’ ex-hubby is expecting his first child with girlfriend Victoria Prince, a Britney / K-Fed insider confirmed exclusively to E! News. We hear that Prince is about five months along and the couple are ‘totally happy’,” E! writes.

“So the bump she’s been sporting is of the baby variety!” the e-zine gushes. Indeed, pictures of Victoria available online show her with a rounder belly.

Confirmation from Federline is still pending. Nevertheless, sources say that both he and Victoria, whom he started dating in late 2008, are thrilled about the news.

E! even reached out to Kevin’s famous ex, Spears, to find out how she feels about the news. “She’s focused on her work right now,” says a source close to her.

As fans must already know, Kevin already has 4 kids, two with Shar Jackson and two with Spears.

In the aftermath of Spears’ public meltdown, he was awarded physical custody of the children, proving to the world that he was the better parent, as the media noted at the time.

Or, as E! says, Federline did lots of “mommy duty” so a new child should be not a big challenge for him.

No word yet on whether Kevin and Victoria plan to tie the knot as well or, if they do, of when that may happen. Keep an eye on this space for details.
