If you’re part of the Kardashian-Jenner family, your birthdays and other important events in your life are bound to be better and more impressive than most people’s. Take Kendall Jenner’s 17th birthday for example.

Not only does the young reality star / up and coming model got to have an ice skating rink in her own backyard, but she also got to party with some of the biggest names in today’s showbiz.

One of them, as E! News reports, was Will Smith’s 14-year old son, rapper and actor Jaden Smith.

“Jaden Smith may only be 14 years old, but it looks like he's got some street cred with the older crowd! Because he was on the invite list for Kendall Jenner's 17th birthday bash, which included her backyard pool being transformed into an ice-skating rink,” the celebrity publication writes.

The two were even holding hands at some point during the ceremony, which immediately got some wondering out loud whether they might not be dating as well, despite the obvious age difference.

Too Fab writes that those thinking that a new romance is blossoming are too quick to jump to conclusions based on photos alone.

“Speaking of Jaden... he and Kendall were seen holding hands for a couple's skate. He was later seen skating with Kylie as well though, so we're guessing they're just friends,” the latter media outlet notes.

Also at the party was Kendall’s family, Kylie, Khloe and husband Lamar Odom, and proud papa Bruce and mama Kris Jenner.

Too Fab has more photos from the backyard, ice skating-themed party: it sure looks like everyone in attendance, starting with Kendall, had an amazing time – who wouldn’t, all things considered.

Since this is the Kardashian Klan we’re talking about, chances are the entire party was documented on camera for the family’s reality show, so fans too will get a glimpse of it, albeit a later, very brief one.
