A brand new teaser of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” decided to tackle the story of the Kris Jenner – Bruce Jenner breakup. This news has been around for several months and the media took a long time to speculate about the nature of their relationship, but in this episode the public gets to see how the news affected the family.

Much like it was advertised in the trailer, season 9 of Keeping Up with the Kardashians has its shares of breakups, divorces and engagements. It looks like the producers decided to go with a breakup first.

The reality show chose to reveal how Kris and Bruce told their kids about their decision to lead separate lives. Kendall, 18, seemed to take this blow the hardest, as she finds out her father will be permanently moving to the Malibu beach house.

“I don't want to live like I have divorced parents,” the teen lamented before prompting her father, “Why do you care about being alone out here so much when your wife and kids, who are still growing up, are in another house?”

Kris and Bruce acknowledged that they were fine at the moment with being “just friends,” but maintained that they are still a family.

But Kendal wouldn't give up and blasted her parents, “It bugs me that you are just trying to hide something that everyone can obviously see,” before speaking out the final verdict: “Then we won't be siblings anymore,” she said, referring to her half-sisters Khloe, Kim and Kourtney, daughters of the late Robert Kardashian.

As Kendall started to cry, Khloe took her in her arms and began comforting her. The other siblings, on the other hand, didn't seem to be hit as hard by the news, hinting that they had known for a while about this arrangement.

The whole scene is part of a teaser that promotes season 9 of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
