Kelsey Grammer and wife Kayte come under fire for taking baby Faith to Halloween party at the Playboy Mansion

Kelsey Grammer’s infant daughter Faith may be very, very young, but she’s already partying like a boss. The actor and wife Kayte took the 3-month-old child to a Halloween party at the Playboy Mansion over the weekend.

A child of that age was probably an unprecedented sight at the Mansion, which isn’t exactly known for being too child-friendly, if we’re not being too subtle.

Consequently, the moment photos of the couple and Faith partying there emerged online, there was a general uproar, mostly online.

Even some of the Bunnies were shocked when they saw the kid there, taking to Twitter to voice their outrage.

In a statement to TMZ, Grammer explains that the reason he brought his newborn daughter to the Mansion at an all-night party was actually very simple: he did not have a babysitter.

Faced with the options of staying at home with Faith or going out with her, he and Kayte opted for the latter – and he doesn’t see anything wrong with that.

“Kayte is breast-feeding and we do not have a nanny or a trusted baby-sitter at this time, so Faith goes everywhere with us,” Grammer says.

TMZ also notes that the Grammers stayed at the party well past midnight, which means Faith too did. The e-zine even has a photo of the infant sleeping in the VIP area, as the party rages on.

“The baby slept as her ears were covered the entire time and we left shortly after midnight. We love our child. Kayte is my wife and lady love (who is 31 and goes by the name Kayte Grammer, by the way, not Walsh),” the actor says.

“The world is round. All our eyes are blue. Happy Halloween and Cock-a-doodle-doo!” Grammer ends his statement by saying.
