Often described as having one of the best bodies in the industry, Kelly Rowland is no stranger to the trials and tribulations of a regular Jane. For instance, no matter how hard she works out, she still has cellulite.

In a new interview cited by EntertainmentWise, the singer talks about how much sacrifice goes into her incredibly fit and slim figure.

Not only is Kelly on a very strict diet and following a regular workout routine, but she also abstains from alcohol and indulging in the occasional treat for the sake of her figure.

With all that, she's still plagued by cellulite, which is more visible on her backside, as a simple Google search should confirm.

“I have cellulite on my [backside] and I hate it. My grandma is naturally slim but I have to work hard at it. I do crunches and lots of cardio,” Kelly says.

Because she's not naturally skinny, the singer and television personality has to make a lot of sacrifices to look this good, starting with but not limited to her calorie intake.

“I enjoy a glass or two of wine but apart from that I don't drink. I have to sacrifice what I eat and I put in a lot of hard work with my trainer,” the star reveals.

However, Kelly is not starving herself. Nor is she aspiring to be skeletal thin like catwalk models, since her ideal is tiny, but muscular at the same time.

“I want legs like Serena and Venus Williams. They are my motivation,” she says in the same interview.

A while back, Kelly said she was inspired to change her diet after reading Gillian McKeith’s book “You Are What You Eat,” as we also noted.

She doesn't follow a particular diet written in stone but she does make sure she eats a lot of fruits and vegetables, grilled lean meat and no over-processed foods or treats.
