Kelly Osbourne decided to check in a rehab in California, for alcohol and painkillers addiction, as a result of negative criticism regarding the latest album and her weight. Kelly's album, "Sleeping In The Nothing", debuted in the U.K. Charts on 57-th place

A source said: "Kelly struggled to cope with all the negative criticism She put her heart into the album, but after it was panned it really affected her badly". "She's slipped into some of her old problems and is not doing so well. Everyone is supporting her."

In April of 2004 Osbourne spent time at Promises, a treatment center in Malibu, California, for her well documented addiction to prescription painkillers.
