Kelly Osbourne is being more outspoken than ever these days. After calling Christina Aguilera “fat” on a recent TV show, she is now telling Jay Leno that Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton should know better than to recycle her own clothes.

Osbourne, now slimmer and more in demand than ever before, stopped by Leno the other night. Among the things she talked about with the show host was how Kate Middleton seemed to love to recycle her clothes for public appearances.

The Duchess was included on the Vanity Fair annual best-dressed international shortlist just the other day but, for Kelly, that doesn’t mean anything.

As she sees it, the Duchess should only wear one outfit or dress a day and then give it away to charity. It’s the least joy from life she could get for sacrificing herself to be the next Queen, says Osbourne (see the video below).

“In England they are like, look how thrifty she’s being, showing the British public that the Royals are in a recession as well. Only in this country they call it a faux pas,” Kelly told Leno.

Kate has been making a lot of those lately, if one is to agree with Kelly, rocking the same outfit on various occasions a number of times in the past months.

“Well I’m sorry but if I had that job I would only wear it once. If I am going to be the future bloody Queen of England I’m going to wear that dress once because I’m giving up the rest of my life, all of my privacy, at least I can get a new dress every day,” Kelly explained.

In fact, if she were in Kate’s place, she’d make sure everything she wore was new, and that included underpants.

Asked by Leno whether her weight loss had anything to do with Kelly’s becoming a fashionista, she said yes, most definitely.

“No one takes fashion advice from a fat person – they don’t. I’ve always had this little fashion voice inside me but nobody would pay attention and that’s fine – I understand that’s the way the world works,” Kelly said.
