Does Kelly Osbourne have a new boyfriend?
According to the Mirror, yes. The publication says:
"Kelly and David went to the cinema for their first date. They were meant to watch 'Harry Potter' but let's just say they hardly saw the film."

David is no other than David Williams, the guitarist in ex-Busted star James Bourne's new group, Son of Dork. The two reportedly spend the night together in Kelly's suite from London's Dorchester hotel.

If rumors come true and the two are to be together, they surely have a new place to spend long hot nights. That is the birthday present Kelly got from mum and dad for her 21st birthday, a £1 million London apartment.
Kelly was absolutely thrilled with the gift, saying it was exactly what she was dreaming of.

Ad to that the car that Stavros Niarchos is to buy her and you get an extemely happy Kelly. The greek ex-boyfriend of Paris Hilton reportedly sent Miss Osbourne a car brochure with a card saying "I'm so sorry. Please let me get you one of these to make it up", thus trying to apologize for ruining her birthday party.
