You probably didn’t know this, but there will be two “Hercules” movies in 2014. Above is a teaser trailer from the one that arrives first in theaters, in March, “Hercules: The Legend Begins,” starring Kellan Lutz as the leading man.

“Hey guys, it's me, Kellan Lutz, here on the set of Expendables 3. I want you to check out this exclusive teaser for my new film, Hercules: The Legend Begins. And I will be premiering this trailer and much more at this year's New York Comic Con on October 12,” Lutz says in the intro.

The actual footage included in the teaser bears too much of a resemblance to Staz’s hit series “Spartacus” for me to get excited, but do let me know if it’s enough to make you want to see more.

Knowing that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is also shooting a Hercules movie, “Hercules: The Thracian Wars,” is enough for me for the time being.

This one will be out in July and, as if The Rock’s addition to the cast wasn’t amazing enough, it will also star Ian McShane, John Hurt, Joseph Fiennes, and Rufus Sewell. So, you see... sorry I’m not sorry.

Which of these movies do you plan on seeing next year, or will you see both?
